14.Inflatable Liferaft
Normally, the liferaft is contained in the G.R.P container installed on a special
cradle. in emergency case, the liferaft can be threw dowe into the water directly and the
raft will be inflated automatically into its shape for the survivors seated. However, when
the accident ships immerse downwards quickly and it should be no time to throw the raft
ihto the water,a hydrostatic release unit will automatically release the raft is
automaticlly inflated into shape floated on the water at a time the accident ship immersed
at limited deepth.
